Staging Information and Regulations

An Exhibit is composed of natural plant material in all its forms, with or without accessories.

Contained within a space as specified in show schedule.

All exhibits will be judged in accordance with the NAFAS competition manual 4th edition 2023.

Exhibits will be viewed and judged from the front.

Exhibits will be staged on trestle tables draped in a white table covering.

All exhibits must be staged within the space allowed and be the original unaided work of the competitor.

Judges decision is final.

The Murray Cup presented to the EXHIBITOR gaining MOST POINTS in the DECORATIVE SECTION.
The Avondale Cup presented for BEST EXHIBIT in DECORATIVE SECTION.
The Mary Kiely Cup presented to CLUB MEMBER who gains MOST POINTS in DECORATIVE SECTION.
Eileen Mulcahy Cup presented to the winner of Class 4

Fitzpatrick Trophy presented to Class 6

Decorative Class must be arranged on Friday night or early on Suturday Morning.

PLEASE NOTE 
All Exhibits must be taken to the Showgrounds on Friday night or before 9am Saturday Morning 

DECORATIVE CLASS MUST BE ARRANGED ON FRIDAY NIGHT OR EARLY SATURDAY MORNING

JUDGING COMMENCES AT 10am SHARP SATURDAY MORNING

Exhibits MAY not be removed before 5.30pm on Sunday evening

Charleville Show will not be held responsible for exhibits after 7.00pm.
