The Charleville Show is proud to announce that this year’s event will host a wide range of prestigious qualifiers for competitions across Ireland, further cementing its reputation as one of the country’s leading agricultural shows.

Set to take place at the Charleville Showgrounds, the event will welcome exhibitors, competitors, and visitors from all corners of the country. A variety of All-Ireland qualifiers will be held across multiple sections, including livestock, equestrian, home industries, and young handlers.

These highly sought-after qualifiers provide competitors with the opportunity to secure their place at national finals, attracting top-quality entries and ensuring a high standard of competition throughout the show.

Show organisers expressed their excitement, noting that the inclusion of numerous qualifiers will make this year’s event bigger and more competitive than ever. • The 3 Year Old Horse All Ireland Champtionship, final is being held at the Bannow & Rathangan Show, Thursday 9th of July at 1.30pm

• The €3,200 All Ireland Yearling Colt/Gelding Championship, final is being held at Barryroe Showm Saturday 11th July

• The All Ireland Broodmare and Foal Team Championship, final being held at Iverk Show, Saturday 22nd August

• The All Ireland Colt Foal Championship, final being held at Scarriff Show, Saturday 6th September

Cattle

• The All Ireland Senior Young Stockperson Champion, 18-25 years old, final being held at Royal Meath Show, Sunday 6th September

Sheep

• The All Ireland Junior Young Sheperd/Sheperdess Championship, 8-11 years old, final being held at Ossory Show, Sunday 26th July

• The All Ireland Crossbred Breeding Ewe Lamb Championship, final being held at Castlerea Show, Monday 3rd August

• The All Ireland Crossbred Breeding Hogget Ewe Championship, final being held at Clonmany Show, Tuesday 4th August

• The All Ireland Crossbred Breeding Ewe Championship, final being held at Bantry Show, Sunday 16th August

Domestic Arts

• The Bord Bia All Ireland Quality Potato Championship, final being held at Tullamore & FBD National Livestock Show, Sunday 9th August 2026
